Field Supervisor – Des Moines, IA market

We are currently seeking a Field Supervisor for our Des Moines, IA market, which services Davenport and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team February 2025.
Experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport materials to job sites from suppliers as needed.
- Oversee the job site on the day of the build and manage repair processes effectively.
- Address customer concerns throughout the construction process.
- Document progress by taking photos before, during, and after the build.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Organize the pickup of materials or schedule material pickups as necessary.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, day shift
- Possible Saturdays, depending on workload
